Tec Centro York Celebrates Public Opening with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

York, PA – April 10, 2025 – Tec Centro York and the Tec Centro Workforce Network proudly marked a significant milestone with a public celebration of their newly renovated workforce development center at 800 E Market Street in York. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held on the morning of April 10, welcomed community members, local officials, and business leaders to celebrate the launch of this essential hub for workforce training and economic empowerment.

The event featured remarks from Tec Centro leadership, including AliceAnne Frost, Executive Director of Tec Centro York, and Carlos Graupera, President & CEO of the Tec Centro Workforce Network, alongside local elected officials and community partners. Attendees had the opportunity to tour the enhanced facility, which is designed to provide critical resources and skill-building opportunities to individuals seeking career advancement.

Tec Centro Workforce Network Tec Centro Workforce Network is a coalition of community advocates, public officials, philanthropic leaders, and business professionals. The collective goal is to establish community-based bilingual workforce centers to serve populations that are disproportionately disadvantaged.
